The Philippines, in practice
Everyone we place is recruited and employed in the Philippines. Puka Partners is contractor of record there, covering payroll, statutory compliance and local HR.
We don't dress that up. Australian businesses hire offshore because the arithmetic works. It works considerably better when someone in the same country as the hire is accountable for how they perform.
