One offer, start to finish. We recruit, place, and stay accountable for how the person performs.
From first call to ongoing management
Forty-five minutes on what the role does, what good looks like, which systems it touches and what it should pay. Free, with no obligation afterwards. If we can't fill the role well, we say so on this call.
$500, flat, the same for every role. Charged once per search.
A short list with a detailed candidate report.
Talk to whoever you like on the shortlist, however you normally interview. If nobody is right, we go again and you pay nothing further.
No placement fee. This is the point where other providers charge a large placement fee.
Contract, equipment, systems access and payroll setup. One to two weeks between offer and start date in most cases.
The monthly fee begins on the person's first day and runs for as long as they stay. The management cadence starts the same week.
What we mean by managed
Management is the part most providers hand back to you. Here is exactly what it is.
A named manager, with a direct line to you
A weekly check-in with the person on output and anything blocked
A quarterly performance review against standards agreed before they started
Quality checks on output, at a frequency we set by role
Coverage arranged during leave and absence
An escalation path with a stated response time
Ongoing training and up-skilling
What it costs
Flat, the same for every role, non-refundable unless we miss the three-week shortlist.
No fee when your hire accepts, starts, or passes probation.
$750 for specialist roles, $550 for support roles, for as long as the person stays. It does not step up with tenure.
You pay the contractor what the contractor earns. No markup, and both figures appear on your invoice.
No lock-in, and no notice period buried at the end of a contract.
More seats, lower fee
Seats inside one account cost us less to manage. The price reflects that.

Replacement, with no time limit
If a hire doesn't work out we replace them free, at any point, for as long as you're with us. Two replacements per seat a year.
Excluded where the person was never briefed, never given access, or never managed. Those are not hiring failures, and replacing the person will not fix them.
What you don't need to set up
Puka Partners is contractor of record in the Philippines. Your contract is with the Australian entity.
Payroll, statutory contributions and local HR sit with us.
Machines, peripherals and connectivity are provided and maintained by us.
The person works to your priorities and your hours. We employ them and manage how they perform.
